Why We Started
Nano Surface Shield
50+ combined years in the industry
For over 50 years, we’ve worked hands-on in roofing, contracting, and home construction, and we’ve seen the same issue again and again: homeowners paying $15,000 to $25,000 for new roofs when their existing shingles still had years of life left. That never sat right with us.
In our climate, asphalt shingles don’t just age quietly, they’re constantly under attack. Scorching summer heat, freezing winters, UV exposure, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles slowly strip shingles of their protective oils, causing them to dry out, turn brittle, curl at the edges, and invite moss and moisture. In many of the roofs we inspected, the structure was still sound; the shingles were simply weathered and depleted, not destroyed.
When we discovered nanotechnology-based roof refurbishment, it finally matched what decades of field experience had been telling us. It gave us a way to restore and protect aging shingles, extend a roof’s useful life, and help homeowners safeguard their investment without the massive cost and disruption of a full roof replacement.

LETS GIVE YOUR ROOF NEW LIFE
Not every roof needs a full replacement. We’ll let you know if yours is a good fit for nanotechnology refurbishment, and if it’s not, we’ll tell you straight.
