For more than 50 years, our team has worked hands-on in roofing, contracting, and home construction. We kept seeing the same problem: homeowners were paying $15,000–$25,000 for a new roof when the roof beneath them was often still structurally sound.
In our climate, shingles take a beating from summer heat, UV exposure, freezing winters, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Over time, they lose their protective oils, become dry and brittle, and are more vulnerable to cracking, moss, and moisture.
We started Nano Surface Shield to offer a smarter option. We are a part of GoNano, a nanotechnology-based roof treatment that is designed to restore and protect aging asphalt shingles, helping extend roof life without the cost, mess, and disruption of a full replacement.
